Anti-AnxieTEA Herbal Tea Blend 10g Anxiety Calming

A hand blended natural non-caffienated tea with 4 ingredients to help promote a stress free, and calming sense of being. A soothing blend of 

Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Rose Petals and Lavender.

10g blend with 10 eco biodegradable teabags or this tea can be used with a strainer.  

Approx 1tsp per cup. Brew for at least 3 minutes. 

10g should produce approx 10 cups of tea.
